Its been sooooooooo long since

My stupid com broke down la!
Seems to be okie now i guess..

Attachment started last wk.

The nurses ther SOOO DAM NICE!!
Those ive worked wif are nice
niways..

Alot of ppl say 4 days not enuff time
but i think it shld be ok la
if u noe how to plan.

Still nid to do case study which is due

todae morn overslpt till 10am
n woke up still so tired.
not been slping well
lately.


woke up mum was going out
to market.
i too tired to folo.
so watched cartoon while
cooking breakfast.
i fried sum leftover rice.
so not nice.
dun even hav eggs for me
to put
so it was juz a plain
fried rice wif garlic
n challot, i too lazy to
chop onion...
mum came back i gav her
n of cos she say ok la..
dun wan to make her onli
son feel bad rite haha.


haiz..
pokemon so dissapointing.
Ash lost in the
pokemon league AGAIN!
predictable la but
still so dissapointing.
never won a league b4.
poor guy.
haiz..
stupid pikachu!
cant even help ur
trainer to win.

y the hell am i talking
abt pokemon aniway!

so slpy now but cant slp
cos almost mahgrib.


ltr 8 oclock gonna meet
daryl.. go gym again, weee.
my body is still aching
from the last time i went.

Sch started...
Fun la,
Get to meet frenz n all.
Abit tiring dou.


The day b4 ytd i went to
workout at daryl's
condo gym..
OMG!!
My body is still aching all
over now..
Seriously aching man!
It hurts even to
raise up my arm.. T-T


Den ytd 7pm++ went
jogging wif daryl in
the park..
The park was so dark..
The light wasnt even on
dunno y.
But it was quite resfreshin
la.
Feeling the cool breeze
sweeping pass my face
n the tiny droplets of rain
fallin onto me head.

But i didnt realli jog that much la.
1 n a half roung onli
i was panting like hell.
Hahah!
Im so outta shape.
I juz brisk walk la most of the
rounds.


Exercise is so tiring..
But in a way it does
help me destress la sumtimes.
U peeps out ther pls
spare an hr or two to do sum
workout too kay..
