Ok...
im totally lazy to blog
nowadays so let me share wif u
an old email i got from a fren
sumtime ago..
u might hav read it b4 but
i realli think its meaningful..


The Mayonnaise Jar and the 2 Cups of Coffee





When things in your life seem almost too much to handle, when 24 hours in a day are not enough, remember the mayonnaise jar and the 2 cups of coffee. A professor stood before his philosophy class and had some items in front of him. When the class began, he wordlessly picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls. He then asked the students if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.



The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar. He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full. They agreed that it was.



The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else. He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded with a unanimous "yes."



The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar effectively filling the empty space between the sand. The students laughed.



"Now," said the professor as the laughter subsided, "I want you to recognize that this jar represents your life. The golf balls are the important things-God, your family, your children, your health, your friends and your favorite passions-and if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.



The pebbles are the other things that matter like your job, your house and your car. The sand is everything else-the small stuff."



"If you put the sand into the jar first," he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life. If you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff you will never have room for the things that are important to you.



"Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness. Play with your children. Take time to get medical checkups. Take your spouse out to dinner. Play another 18. There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal. Take care of the golf balls first-the things that really matter. Set your priorities. The rest is just sand."



One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented. The professor smiled. "I'm glad you asked. It just goes to show you that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend"

Last week went by realli fast...
Not many classes...
Cant remember much abt
wad happen last week too..
im soo getting old..

I walked back to TTSH and found a shorter
way... not much shorter and
i actualli got lost in ttsh the hospital...
zzzzzz...
Ive already been there for 3 times la and
i still managed to loose my way -_-
It was at B1.. the A&E area..
got mortuary and stuffs..


So after tt went ubi wanted to
book practical for cycling...
guess wad... earliest i could get
was 30th AUGUST!!!!!!!!!!!!
LONG EVEN AFTER NDP LA!!!!
Omg!!!
i was planning to fill my wk wif pract.
So.. a word of advice..
if u wan to book pract, book realli in adv.
Stupid la..

AAAAAAAA!!!!
My flu getting worse la!
Coughing more osso..
Throat feels so itchy and sore..
Last time cough onli cos
of sputum...
Now terrible la!!
Quite irritatiing sia..
been coughing on and off for
soo long now... few months i think!
Maybe shld go see doctor.. lol


So far this week is not THAT bad
i guess..
Quite a lot of things to do la
but mangable.


Psycho presentation was quite gd i guess..
Presenting it was fun..
Seeing roleplay was funny!!
A great job done if i may say so myself

2035 was BORING.. didnt realli practise..
But LOL!!!
Christine said we did a great job??! O_O
Shes either being dam nice or
juz never seen good presentations b4!

BCLS theory was.. wth??!
lol.. find the qns kinda funny...
the ans were obvious la..

juz now was the individual presentation..
1st presentation i didnt use a script..
Got a script la but in the end didnt use it..
But at sum point my head juz blanked out la..
Scary lor!

Wk 12 went by realli fast..
And u noe wqad comes after 12 rite.

7 is a lucky number...
hope it can neutralise the effects

We went ther onli to find the purse
wasnt ther and the person who siew hong
passed it to went to lunch..
So we went to penny psycho for
Grp 2's presentatiion..
Waaa seh!!! SUPERB SIA THEIR PRESENTATION!!
Like every1 improve so much la in
presentation skills..
Wish i can be more like them.
After tt daryl DARTED off without even
waiting for me.......
Found daryl at the office onli to
find they passed it to
Student affairs office at lvl 4!!
SO FUN ISSIT MAKING US RUN ARD LIKE TT!!
Reached ther asked the lady..
She asked tons of qns abt the purse..
Juz to make sure daryl's the real owner.
So in the end we got it ^^
End of a LOOOONG quest!! heehee~

National Education

Thursday was the last NE lesson...
All grps needed to present sumtings la.

For our grp we present racial harmony
and we like onli had 12 slides
INCLUDING the title slide
and the The End slide....
So we realli had to crap alot LA!!!
Made a fool out of myself T_T
So embarrassing lor...
And 1st time i actualli crap so much!!
In the end we......
actualli exceeded by 5 mins -_-
Oh yea 1 more thing..
Pls dun eat rabbitsss....
They are sooo cute T_T

Group 2's presentation was
OMG!!!!!!!! AAAWWEESOOOOMMMMEE!!!~~~
DAM DAM DAM DAM NICE LAAAA.....
Realli enjoyed that 20 min of my life..
